Nurturing positive transformations. Helping people to find deeper meaning in life, greater personal growth, and improved holistic wellness. This is ultimately what my coaching is all about. And I have no “one-size-fits-all” approach to these ends. Instead, I meet my clients where they are at and get to know them as individuals—their challenges, stresses, struggles, talents and dreams—and together we map out a goal-oriented path toward a better future.

3-month support package, description below
In my "3-month support package" we will meet approximately every two weeks, following the general schedule outlined below. Please note that the outlined structure and schedule are flexible based on an individual's needs, outlined goals and week-to-week challenges. The support package can be renewed upon or before completion if desired to ensure ongoing progress. Sessions are 50-minutes in length and include follow-up notes. Worksheets pertaining to outlined areas of focus will also be a part of coaching. Meetings can take place via Zoom, Facetime or phone based on your preference. Once the support package is purchased I will email you within 48 hours to schedule our first session.
